Description
As a Contract Manager at Vattenfall Eldistribution, you will have a central role in some of our large and complex investment projects. Your experience with contract management, negotiation, and entrepreneurship will be put to concrete use when balancing business, legal, and operational perspectives.
You will work closely with project managers and project organizations throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves more than just interpreting contracts. You are expected to independently drive contract and contractual issues forward, identify risks and opportunities, challenge when needed, and contribute to well-founded business decisions.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing qualified specialist support and active partnership to project managers in complex contract and contractual issues
- Ensuring contract compliance in supplier and contractor agreements from project start to project completion
- Driving and participating in negotiations with contractors and consultant suppliers
- Interpreting contracts and making business assessments of change and additional work
- Writing, developing, and reviewing agreements with external actors
- Developing contract templates, working methods, and support materials
- Building collaborations and networks internally and externally
- Gathering experiences from projects and converting them into concrete improvements of contracts, working methods, and methodology
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in qualified work with contract management and entrepreneurship in complex projects. You have a strong understanding of AB and ABT, as well as good knowledge of AMA and its application in entrepreneurship.
