Description
We are seeking a Project Manager IV to manage projects from inception through completion and implement change management strategies on assigned initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, strong understanding of change management methodologies and practices, and ability to influence change and motivate others.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of assigned projects
- Maintain effective communication and coordination within project team
- Keep stakeholders and departmental leadership informed of project statuses
- Develop realistic project plans and schedules
- Implement change management strategies and monitor outcomes
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training support to teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Seven years of Project/Change Management experience in a large organization
- Excellent understanding of Change Management theory/techniques
- Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent certification
