Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Be digitally confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player and flexible in your work arrangements
- Provide style advice and recommend products to customers
Working Conditions:
- Part-time role with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods
