• Managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Adhering to food safety and health guidelines
• Operating a cash register and handling transactions
• Climbing ladders and lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
