Key Responsibilities and Challenges

Take instructions from clients and draft documents creatively, clearly, and accurately.
Conduct research, due diligence, and information management.
Communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients, leading where appropriate.

Keep up to date with developments in clients' industries and their implications.

Qualifications

European qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in investment funds law.
Outstanding academic qualifications.

Legal Skills and Character

Excellent technical and writing skills, including drafting and legal analysis.
Ability to follow and synthesise legal and regulatory developments and issues.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a cross-border team.
