Description
We're seeking a Subscription Services Engagement Manager to handle multiple projects, coordinating the delivery of packaged services to customers worldwide. As an Engagement Manager, you'll drive project execution, ensure success, efficiency, and quality, and serve as an advocate for Workday, employees, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services
- Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies clearly and successfully
- Become a specialist in Workday Success Plans offerings and educate customers throughout the project
- Balance the needs of multiple concurrent projects
- Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on projects
- Ensure projects are accurately planned and staffed
- Collaborate with client project managers to identify and resolve issues impacting project scope or timeframe
- Lead customer meetings and internal operational meetings
- Ensure customers can serve as references upon project completion
- Complete project administration tasks, such as updating project forecasts and assisting with team scheduling
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium or large enterprises, higher education, or state and local governments
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
- Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of at least one business area: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement
- Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior executives internally and externally
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 10%
