Description

We established Faculty in 2014 because we thought that AI would be the most important technology of our time. Since then, we’ve worked with over 350 global customers to transform their performance through human-centric AI.

Join us as a Senior Manager to oversee a critical portfolio of projects, acting as the primary senior point of contact for both clients and internal Faculty teams. You will drive successful delivery, manage project commercial viability, and nurture strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing delivery of an end-to-end project portfolio, ensuring high quality, timely completion, and managing commercial margins
  • Forming and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with customers, proactively managing expectations and carefully controlling project scope
  • Leading effective project meetings and ensuring clear, consistent communication of purpose and direction to both internal teams and clients
  • Identifying risks early, and leading teams to implement effective mitigating actions to ensure project success
  • Developing compelling proposals and sales pitches to generate new leads and identify opportunities for additional account growth
  • Mentoring and developing project team members’ skills, aligning their responsibilities with their professional growth
  • Advising clients on AI strategy and solutions, while articulating the value of AI in diverse business contexts

Requirements:

  • Successful experience in technology delivery, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data-specific background
  • Adept at building and maintaining customer trust and translating between technical detail and core business challenges
  • Ability to provide a structured, analytical, and technical breakdown of problems, defining solutions that enhance customer workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in the smooth delivery of excellent outcomes, using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous setting and have a clear understanding of how to structure commercials and pricing
  • Ability to identify and implement new business opportunities, including finding growth within accounts and visible support on external business development
