We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Assistant to join our team at Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria.
Red Bull Hangar-7 is a unique building located at Salzburg Airport, housing a collection of historical aircraft and Formula 1 racing cars. It also features art exhibitions, a restaurant, bars, a lounge, and a café, making it a popular destination for art lovers, foodies, and visitors from around the world.
As a Marketing & Communication Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and communication team in various tasks, including:
- Marketing administration and communication: assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating photo and film productions, handling press inquiries and online reviews, updating website content, creating and sending newsletters, and ensuring smooth communication processes.
- Trends and strategy: monitoring current social media trends, platform functions, and best practices, and using this knowledge to inform our social media strategy.
- Support in content creation: assisting with content creation and publication for our social media channels, planning and maintaining the content calendar, coordinating content across platforms, and helping to develop engaging content for our community.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field (marketing, communication, or a related field)
- Completed education or degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Good understanding of office management and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Structured and organized work style with a focus on service and customer orientation
- Good communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience in social media
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative content and ideas
- High level of initiative, engagement, and ambition
