Description
Instructure is looking for an experienced Regional Director to join its sales team. The role involves selling to new clients in a designated region, sharing insights to help prospects evaluate solutions, preparing tailored messaging, guiding clients through the purchasing process, forecasting performance, developing sales strategies, building relationships with key buyers, meeting sales quotas, partnering with Regional Directors and clients, and logging account information into Salesforce CRM.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in SaaS or EdTech
- Understanding of educational pedagogy and the process of selling an LMS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling complex enterprise-level software, SaaS sales, and services
- Experience selling at all levels, including 'C' level and above
- Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills
- Challenger Sales Methodology training
- Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development
- Up to 50% travel required
