Description
At Soho House, the Cecconis General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the business in conjunction with the property.
The Cecconis General Manager oversees service standards, operational efficiency, member/guest experience, staff retention, and optimal profit at a Soho House & Co. property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day staff management
- Championing a diverse portfolio of daily initiatives and projects
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal experience
- Developing goals and actionable items with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
- Executing action plans to support business improvements and optimize profit
- Adhering to Soho House & Co company policies for food safety, allergy procedure, and creating a safe and inviting space
Requirements:
- At least 7 years managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations
- Previous experience managing F&B operations that focus on service and providing top-quality experiences
- Strong business aptitude, driven by results and guest satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to understand, maintain, and enforce local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, and emergency procedures
