Description
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Soho Beach House Miami.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving food, and providing exceptional service to our guests and members.
Main Duties:
- Prepare cocktails, juices, coffee, and other drinks according to company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including washing glassware and utensils
- Educate guests about beverage options and promote sales
- Collect payment and operate a cash register
- Monitor inventory and delegate replenishment tasks
- Mix ingredients according to drink recipes
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation
- Craft cocktail experience and knowledge of seasonally influenced perishable items
- Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests efficiently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Flexible schedule and reliable
- Tips certified
- Micros a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
- Fast-paced movements and ability to lift 40 pounds
- Occasional kneeling, bending, and crouching
