Description
We are seeking a Beach Barback to join our team at Soho Beach House Miami.
As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Assisting bartenders with serving guests, preparing garnishes, and restocking supplies
- Managing inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1+ year of experience working in a food and beverage operation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
