Description
Gemini is looking for a data-driven, crypto-native Growth Marketing Associate to sit at the intersection of product and growth marketing. You'll own go-to-market strategy for advanced trading, perpetuals, and margin product lines while building and nurturing developer and power-user communities.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for advanced trading, stocks, and perpetuals
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate complex features into compelling narratives
- Create content and campaigns for technically sophisticated audiences
- Collaborate with product and BD teams to activate distribution partnerships
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for developer-focused programs
- Build and manage relationships with developer communities and crypto-native builder networks
- Monitor funnel performance and surface insights
- Work with BD, product, and brand teams to ensure GTM plans are tightly coordinated
- Contribute to broader brand and campaign work as a subject matter expert
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product, or lifecycle marketing
- Deep familiarity with DeFi, onchain trading products, or developer ecosystems
- Strong written communication skills
- Fluent across the modern AI stack
- Comfort with data and making decisions from it

Salary Range: $82,500 - $110,000
