Description
We are seeking a Delivery Lead - Advisory to lead Advisory delivery teams internationally within our Commercial Solutions Excellence Centres (CSEC). You will manage Workday processes, staff, team culture, social events, and performance development.
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring strong client satisfaction, project outcomes, and effective teamwork in collaboration with DTAS senior staff. You will uphold quality standards, provide coaching, coordinate training, and require deep expertise in at least one consulting area.
Key Responsibilities
Office and People Management
- Line manage the CSEC HQ Advisory team within one or more offices located in Europe, United States, Mexico, and India.
- Manage office communication and team engagement through internal meeting coordination.
- Responsible for HR and Workday activities linked to line management responsibilities, including recruitment, managing individual performance, and talent management actions.
- Actively mentor and coach the team.
- Lead individual discussions on performance, compensation, bonus, and career options.
Project Delivery
- Lead multiple projects in collaboration with DTAS Advisory seniors.
- Ensure client materials, reports, and presentations are consistently high-quality and insightful.
- Balance revenue and resource considerations to achieve commercial objectives.
- Prioritize tasks and objectives effectively, managing time and resources appropriately.
- Identify innovative ways to deliver projects with increased quality, efficiencies, or productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
- At least 7-8 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industry with evidence of career progression.
- Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries.
- Proven experience in managing a team and identifying, recruiting, mentoring/coaching, and retaining top talent.
