As Transformation Advisory Lead for Strategy & Economics, you help leaders make decisions on AI adoption and embedding new ways of working. You'll advise on strategy, pricing and value, and operating models, and help build the strategy and economics offering for Harvey's Transformation Office.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on strategy: Help leaders decide where AI changes their competitive position
- Advise on pricing and value: Help firms and legal departments measure the impact of AI on the cost, speed and value of their work
- Advise on operating models: Help customers redesign how legal work is organized, supported and staffed
- Help leaders make the case for change: Work with managing partners, general counsel and finance leaders to build the case for change
- Build the offering: Create diagnostics, frameworks and leadership readouts for strategy and economics engagements
- Bring your expertise to early conversations: Join Practice Directors and account teams when a customer has a specific need in strategy and economics
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience shaping strategy, pricing or operating decisions
- Deep fluency in legal economics
- A track record of advising senior legal leaders through high-stakes decisions
- A clear point of view on how AI will change the business of law
- Evidence that you have built frameworks or methods that others adopted and kept using
