Identity & Access Management - Authorization Governance Expert

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.

Join our Identity & Access Management team to shape and strengthen enterprise Authorization capabilities. You will combine authorization governance expertise with business product ownership, working across business, technology and control functions to drive standardization, enhance authorization solutions, ensure effective risk, and control management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise Authorization frameworks, standards, policies, and controls, driving consistent adoption across the Bank.
• Shape Authorization product capabilities, business requirements, and priorities, ensuring alignment with IAM strategy and business needs.
• Govern Authorization requirements for new application onboarding and technology changes, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Act as the key contact for Authorization audits and regulatory reviews, coordinating evidence, stakeholder responses, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, technology delivery and external vendors, ensuring agreed outcomes, timelines and control requirements are met.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, particularly Authorization, access control models, entitlement management and governance.
• Experience in developing and implementing IAM frameworks, policies, standards and controls within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into product direction, functional requirements and priorities, working closely with technology teams.
• Good understanding of regulatory expectations, risk management, audit processes and control remediation.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills. Understanding of IAM enterprise architecture and integration patterns would be an advantage.
