Regulatory Affairs Manager

We're on a mission to make money work for everyone. We're looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to strengthen our Regulatory Affairs team.

The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for maintaining open and collaborative relationships with regulators across the Monzo Group. You will support and strengthen Monzo's regulatory relationships, work closely with Executives to shape our vision and regulatory affairs strategy, and engage with Irish and European Regulators.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare for and facilitate regulator meetings, reviews, and requests
• Keep regulators up to date with proactive notifications on products and strategic initiatives
• Own the governance and tracking of regulatory deliverables, deadlines, and activities
• Take responsibility for the preparation, submission, and management of technically complex regulatory submissions
• Work with subject matter experts to coordinate and prepare for regulatory visits
• Prepare data-driven reports for Executives
• Build and enhance policies and procedures for engaging with regulators

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a regulatory affairs role at an Irish/European regulated financial services firm or regulator
• Knowledge of CBI and/or ECB regulatory and supervisory obligations
• Deep understanding of managing relations with external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects to short deadlines
• Critical thinking and challenging skills
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and focused on executing well

Benefits:

• Salary range of €68,000 - €85,000
