Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Assist in building and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives through process mapping, testing, and documentation activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance business processes.
• Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technology-driven improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and innovation events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and maintaining student status throughout the internship.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferably Wrocław University of Science and Technology).
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and automation technologies.
• Basic programming skills, preferably Python; knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or above).
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and process automation.
• Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
• An innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore new ideas.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• The drive to seek out what is next and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
