Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our TSCO Korea Branch Operations team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive operational support for a range of products, including Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income, and OTC Derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of investment banking product lifecycles and operational workflows
- Drive regional and local initiatives for system enhancements and process automation
- Articulate and document business requirements and produce critical operational documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations
- Demonstrated proficiency in workflow automation tools and AI-driven solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and a robust sense of control
- Proven track record of managing and collaborating on projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Korean and English
