Description
We are seeking a Marketing and Market Research professional to own a portfolio or big strategic brand strategy to maximize the franchise's business and achieve earnings and revenue objectives in China.
The successful candidate will define and drive the portfolio or big strategic brand strategy, drive growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and Opex, and ensure the realization of revenue and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand tactics and manage projects independently, including managing budgets, setting KPIs, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Develop brand promotional materials and training, including brand DA, promotional slides, publications, and internal training materials.
- Support the development of brand plans and management, including analyzing market trends, competitor situations, customer insights, and brand value propositions.
- Track progress towards brand targets and support cross-functional brand leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medical or Medicine.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 12 months of SBM experience.
