Description
DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Technology Service Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to perform continuous maintenance of enterprise storage systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and sufficient capacity for business-critical banking operations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience maintaining enterprise storage systems to ensure high availability, performance, and capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring storage infrastructure and identifying and resolving system and performance issues
- Provisioning and managing storage resources for applications and databases using on-prem SAN/NAS technologies, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, S3, NFS Protocols, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for technology infrastructure incidents using storage array management tools, SAN Switches management (Cisco/Brocade), Fibre Channel Zoning, and performance monitoring within Dell VMAX/PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity, Pure Storage Flash Array and HPE 3PAR Storage environments
- Executing data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity
- Supporting hybrid and cloud environments
- Implementing SRDF replication solutions to support disaster recovery
The salary range for this position is $121,800.00 – $130,000.00/year.
