Technical Solutions and Implementation Lead, Third Party Management & Procurement

As a Technical Solutions and Implementation Lead, Third Party Management & Procurement at Wise, you will own the systems that power how Wise onboards third parties, signs contracts, and runs key approvals and reports on them.

You will turn processes into simple workflows, ship automation through fully hands-on platform configuration, and improve speed and reliability across the third-party lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on configuration and implementation: build and maintain processes in non-code platforms (forms, templates, routing rules and logic, approvals, automations)
• Technical solution design: translate business requirements into a technical build plan (workflows logic, data model, edge cases, permissions, audit needs)
• Integrations and APIs: drive API-based integrations with partner teams
• Release, reliability and governance: own testing/UAT, rollout and rollback plans, release notes, incident handling, and root-cause prevention
• System expert and enablement: be the go-to technical owner for your platforms

What success looks like:

• Complex changes ship fast and safely with low regression rate and clear release standards
• Integrations are stable and owned
• Platform health improves: cleaner configurations, clear standards/runbooks, faster troubleshooting and fewer 'mystery' behaviours
• Reporting becomes reliable and usable: key lifecycle metrics are measurable

Qualifications:

• Hands-on platform delivery (strong): you've configured/administered enterprise tools and shipped workflow changes to production
• Integration mindset: you can lead confidently with API docs and integrations
• Systems thinking: you understand cross-tool dependencies and how a change in one system impacts downstream workflows
• Release discipline: you can run safe releases end-to-end
• Operational ownership: you can handle escalations calmly
