Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training and development to prepare you for a successful career in sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Daily preparation and planning to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Providing in-route and off-route support to account sales managers
- Meeting daily key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license and obtainment of DOT medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
