Description
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee at Red Bull Distribution Company.
The Sales Trainee role is a training position designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales environment. As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about the Red Bull brand, develop your sales skills, and build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about the Red Bull brand and products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and grow the business
- Execute daily sales plans and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support Account Sales Managers (ASMs) with route coverage and daily priorities
- Assist with audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
