Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our products, brand, and distribution processes.
- Business Acumen: Understand and apply basic business principles to build and protect the Red Bull brand, establish and maintain relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.
- Daily Preparation: Prepare for daily sales activities by gathering necessary tools and insights, communicating with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and setting priorities.
- In-Route Support: Support Account Sales Managers on their routes as needed, meet daily sales targets, and focus on key performance indicators such as sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
- Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, blitzes, display builds, and merchandising to drive sales growth and support the sales team.
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
