Description
Join Salesforce as a Technical Program Manager in Trailblazer Relations APAC. You'll design technical content, reference apps, and demos that span AIforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the wider Salesforce platform. You'll collaborate with Architect Evangelists, contextualize global advocacy campaigns for APAC, and own technical workstreams for flagship events.
Responsibilities:
- Design technical content, reference apps, and demos
- Collaborate with Architect Evangelists
- Contextualize global advocacy campaigns for APAC
- Own technical workstreams for flagship events
- Own content strategy and assets for programs
- Delegate component building and test final quality
- Identify gaps between product, market, and developer needs
- Represent the team in strategic discussions
- Coach non-technical team members and community leaders
- Work with Community Group Leaders and MVPs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience implementing on the Salesforce Platform
- Architect-level design skills
- Recognized cross-product expertise
- Proven expertise in web applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex, and APIs
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Strategic mind and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
