Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. As a hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will support senior team members on assigned technical projects, help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members on assigned technical projects
- Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing support and suggesting solutions
- Assist with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems
- Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Actively engage in learning about new technologies and methodologies relevant to work
- Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across global time zones
- Demonstrated leadership capability through internships, student leadership, or project work
- High learning agility, self-drive, and adaptability
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication
