Description
We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in the Private Banking division of Deutsche Bank. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private customers, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to clients, focusing on banking products, such as accounts, cards, savings plans, and deposits
- Sell products and services that meet clients' needs, including consumer financing, retirement planning, and building and saving plans
- Develop and maintain expertise in digital features and services, and promote them to clients
- Conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and implement new service processes
Requirements:
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related apprenticeship or training program
- You have a strong customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and sales skills
- You are knowledgeable about private banking products and services
- You are proficient in using digital tools and platforms
