Description
We are seeking a Head of Marketing for AlphaTauri, a fashion and sports apparel brand under the Red Bull umbrella. As the successful candidate, you will lead and execute the brand's marketing strategy, integrating creativity, partnerships, consumer insights, and business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing tailored product value propositions and benefit narratives for various markets
- Crafting impactful materials for internal and consumer audiences
- Managing integrated campaigns, planning and executing events, coordinating impactful POS activations, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and leading PR initiatives
- Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, overseeing communication, merchandising, and marketing processes
- Preparing and managing the annual budget, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Overseeing negotiations and the management of strategic partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in the fashion/sports apparel industry
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Proven track record in establishing and implementing international marketing strategies for apparel
- Deep knowledge of fashion, sports trends, and lifestyle market dynamics
- Experience in selecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with external vendors, press, bloggers, athletes, celebrities, agencies, and sports clubs
- Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
The minimum salary for this position is €2,509 gross per month, although the company offers a competitive compensation package significantly above the stated minimum.
