Description
We are seeking a Technical Commercial Engineer for our Industrial Tapes and Adhesives Division. As a Technical Commercial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical and commercial expertise to promote our products to French manufacturers across various markets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical recommendations for our products to industrial customers
- Prescribing our products to industrial customers in your region
- Identifying and regaining market share from competitors
- Working closely with our technical service team to ensure successful implementation of our products
- Managing your files and coordinating European approaches for international companies
- Spending 80% of your time on-site with customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field
- Equivalent experience in business-to-business sales
- Excellent sales and telephone prospecting skills
- Fluency in English (with the ability to participate in regular European meetings)
- Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM, Office365, and AI
- Project management skills
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Optimal organization and efficiency
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Sales Force
- Strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technical products
- Team-oriented mindset
This is a hybrid role based in Rouen or Caen, with the possibility of traveling up to 80% of the time. The position is full-time and permanent.
