Description
Join Pinsent Masons as a Client Development Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll support the Technology, Science and Industry sector, managing strategic client relationships and driving growth.
The Opportunity You'll work across our global network, bringing together people, knowledge, and capabilities to strengthen long-term client relationships. You'll have hands-on responsibility for at least two high-profile clients and broader portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic relationship plans for key clients
- Manage a wider portfolio of clients to retain revenue and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Relationship Partners, client teams, and Business Development colleagues
- Use client intelligence and market insight to identify growth opportunities
- Champion collaboration and intelligence sharing across the global network
Requirements
- Previous professional-services account management or client relationship development experience
- Track record of client retention and growth
- Strong commercial awareness and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach with strong organisation and time management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
