We're looking for a Subsidence Claims Technician to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division. As a Claims Technician, you'll manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be the focal point for clients, guiding them through the claims process from start to finish. The role requires excellent organisational skills, resilience, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
With comprehensive training and ongoing support from colleagues, you'll help customers navigate often challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Most importantly, you'll be able to put yourself in our customers' shoes, understand the bigger picture, and make decisions based on the facts, treating each claim on its individual merits.
The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experience in managing property claims: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You'll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Conscientious and hard working in order to achieve the required results, as well as being flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes.
