Description
We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Köln. In this role, you will be responsible for advising private customers through digital channels on account, service, and digitalisation topics.
Your tasks:
- Provide digital advice to private customers on account, service, and digitalisation topics
- Take on digital consulting and sales of personal loans and precautionary products
- Conduct confident appointment agreements and conclusion-oriented advisory conversations
- Present yourself competently, friendly, and customer-oriented
- Strengthen the team, share knowledge, and support colleagues
Requirements:
- Banking commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in digital private customer consulting, particularly in credit and precautionary business
- Proficiency in using digital media and the omnichannel-enabled workplace
- Ability to structure needs analysis (e.g., via Financial Check) and guide customers to suitable solutions or contact persons
- IDD certification and required regulatory security
- Strong communication and sales skills as well as high team orientation
- Targeted use of AI-supported applications to efficiently identify customer needs, optimise workflows, and continuously improve consulting quality
