We're looking for someone to join our team as a Private Customer Consultant, where you will advise private customers through digital channels on account, service, and digitalisation topics.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide digital advice and sales support for personal loans and precautionary products to private customers.
- Conduct confident and goal-oriented consultations and appointments.
- Act competently, friendly, and customer-oriented.
- Strengthen the team, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
Your Skills and Experience
- You have completed a banking-related education or equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in digital private customer consulting, particularly in credit and precautionary business.
- You are comfortable with digital media and omnichannel-capable workplaces.
- You have IDD certification and the required regulatory security.
- You possess strong communication and sales skills, as well as high team orientation.
- You use AI-supported applications to efficiently identify customer needs, optimise workflows, and continuously improve consulting quality.
