Working as a General Merchandise Expert at Target means being part of a team that prioritises guest experience while ensuring product availability and efficient shopping environments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor and backroom
- Receiving and restocking merchandise, as well as setting up promotional displays
- Operating power equipment to move merchandise, if certified
- Learning and executing operational procedures to manage product accuracy and stock levels
- Supporting guest services, such as backup cashiering and digital fulfilment processes

- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift up to 44 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
