Description
We are seeking a Campaign Delivery Executive to join our team in Melbourne. As a Campaign Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with sales, media and creative agencies and clients to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of advertising campaigns from start to finish.
A typical day in the life of a Campaign Delivery Executive involves:
- Ensuring complete on-time delivery of allocated campaigns on behalf of clients
- Tracking and reporting all campaigns from sales, converting contracts through to post-install reporting
- Focusing on timeliness with new campaigns validated same business day and making all efforts to meet deadlines
- Fulfilling all contractual display agreements for effective display
- Managing internally produced campaigns, including work orders and information to production suppliers
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior administrative experience and be used to working to deadlines. You will be proactive, upbeat, collaborative, and enjoy working in a fun but driven team environment. Key skills and qualities include:
