Description

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, our 4,000+ specialists deliver growth invention services across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data.

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to join an embedded client marketing team. This person will own multiple campaigns from initial request through launch and reporting. They will translate high-level business needs into clear, strategically grounded briefs; lead creative and cross-functional teams through development; and ensure work is aligned, high quality and substantially ready before it reaches senior client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong project-management skills with campaign marketing, editorial and strategic judgment. They can operate autonomously, challenge work that is off-brief or below standard, manage changing priorities and take full ownership of delivery without requiring daily client direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level business requests into clear, actionable campaign briefs
  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, key messages, deliverables and measures of success
  • Lead project kickoffs and debriefs, resolving gaps and answering team questions
  • Manage multiple campaigns across creative development, reviews, approvals, production, QA, publishing and reporting
  • Review copy, design and execution against the brief, customer need and expected quality standard
  • Provide clear, consolidated feedback and constructively challenge work that is not strong enough
  • Ensure work is substantially developed and requires only focused input from senior client stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities, timelines, dependencies and changing requirements
  • Provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks and next steps
  • Identify and resolve problems independently, escalating only when broader support or decisions are required
  • Apply campaign results and learnings to improve future work
  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns within notification platforms, including targeting, personalization, URLs/deep links and other technical campaign configurations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot campaign-build and publishing issues, including JSON-based configurations, through QA and successful deployment.

Requirements:

  • Seven or more years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, campaign management, integrated marketing, marketing programs or a related discipline
  • Experience independently managing campaigns from brief through launch, ideally within growth, lifecycle, email/CRM or other digital campaign environments
  • Experience within a technology company, global consumer brand or similarly complex organization is strongly preferred
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to write, review and improve customer-facing copy
  • Strong strategic and business judgment, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent project-management, prioritization, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working across creative, design, production and technical teams, with the ability to operate confidently and autonomously
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle, marketing automation, notification or campaign platforms is highly desirable

Benefits:

  • A flexible, hybrid working policy
  • An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policies
  • Mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.
  • 15 days paid holiday annually (plus Public Holidays).
  • Refreshments are provided in the office all week, as well as drinks at 4 pm on a Friday.
  • Enhanced family friendly policies to support new parents.
  • Social and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.
  • Inspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.
  • Learning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advance.
  • Buddy Programme: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT®.
  • A reputation for doing good. DEPT® has been a Certified B Corp® since 2021 and named ‘Agency of the Year’ at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
  • Awesome clients. Whether big or small, local or global , at DEPT® you’ll get the opportunity to work with clients of all sizes and across all industries.
