Job Description
At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world. Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe.
Senior Product Manager, Product Systems
Rocket Travel by Agoda is the B2B arm of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), the world's leading provider of online travel and the parent of Booking.com, Agoda, KAYAK and OpenTable. We power the travel experiences behind some of the world's biggest airlines, banks and loyalty programs.
As Senior Product Manager, Product Systems, your product is how our product organization works. You'll design and build the systems, data and AI workflows behind our core loops: from idea to business case, spec to test, release to health check, and question to decision.
Responsibilities
- Streamline the core loops: Map the recurring loops the product org runs on, such as delivery status, impact readouts, funnel health, partner approvals, and roadmap intake. Find where time, quality and clarity leak out.
- Build and prototype: Design end-to-end systems that connect sources of truth to the people and agents that use them.
- Build for adoption: Treat PMs, analysts, engineers and business partners as customers. Talk to them, watch them work, and design tools they actually want to use.
- Lead change: Act as a change agent for how the product org works with AI. Coach, demo, run enablement, and grow a community of builders.
Requirements
- A track record of building real applications end to end yourself, in your job or outside it.
- Strong systems thinking.
- Hands-on fluency with how AI systems are built: context engineering, APIs, RAG, evals, agent orchestration and MCP.
- Solid technical foundations: code, logic, databases, APIs, and strong data skills (SQL, Python or similar).
- Product craft. You know that a powerful tool nobody adopts is a failed tool, and you design for the ordinary user, not just for engineers.
- High clarity of thought and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfort leading change without formal authority, across teams and time zones.
- 5–10 years in product management, with a background in software engineering, including experience developing and launching products.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Side projects you're proud of: apps, tools, automations or experiments you built because you were curious.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or workflow automation that changed how a team worked.
- You've rolled out a new tool or workflow across a team: you trained people, gathered feedback, and kept it in use after launch.
