Description
We are looking for a Machine and Plant Operator to join our team at our Kempten location.
As a Machine and Plant Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines and production systems. You will also perform maintenance and repair tasks, ensure product quality, and identify and resolve simple faults.
Our training programme offers a practical and varied approach, allowing you to develop your skills and build your career. You will be supported by experienced trainers and have the opportunity to work with innovative technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines and production systems
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Ensure product quality and identify and resolve simple faults
- Work with a team to achieve production goals
Requirements:
- Successful completion of secondary education
- Technical interest and good understanding of mathematics and physics
- Willingness to learn new topics
