As an Account Associate - Retail & Grocery, you will be responsible for the success of a portfolio of partners to ensure the best experience for our users while building a solid and sustainable partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the performance of your portfolio and take adequate measures, make recommendations, and be agile and open to new ideas.
- Optimize and manage processes, such as partnership management, to contribute to growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail and grocery store partners, track data, and ensure an optimal experience on the application.
- Monitor compliance with contractual commitments taken with partners in your portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management or sales, preferably in a retail or grocery setting.
- Strong commercial negotiation and discussion skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to finding opportunities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
