We are seeking a highly skilled FBS Product Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on insurance product development.
As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring assigned product features, developing countrywide property product pricing and contract changes, data analysis, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research to develop new personal lines insurance products or programs
- Collaborating with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing to develop recommendations on new products
- Controlling product research activities, including coverage comparisons and analyzing regulatory laws
- Originating and suggesting areas for research and developing proposals for Senior Management review
- Participating in joint research projects with other departments
- Establishing and maintaining training manuals and research files
- Assisting Sales/Agencies Departments in preparing materials for new products
- Providing support for computer systems and recommending software updates

To succeed in this role, you should possess intermediate skills in Data Tools (Excel, Power BI, Data Warehouses) and Microsoft Suite.
