Description
We are looking for a Sector Manager GMS (Striker) to join our team in Charleville-Mézières.
As a Striker, you will develop sales volume and revenue across various retail outlets in your geographic area, adhering to the company's commercial policy. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) set by your Regional Director and ensure excellent execution on-site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring application of commercial policy in your sector
- Planning visits using the Drive tool semi-monthly
- Conducting 8 visits per day within contractual daily working hours
- Recording activity for each visit
- Providing product, pricing, and additional placement reports
- Taking photos of each location (Red Bull and competitors)
You will also focus on reselling and optimising national and regional agreements (SCA) in-store, achieving targets set by your manager, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (including internships and apprenticeships)
- Good knowledge of GMS (clients, market, products, competition)
- Negotiation skills
- Mastery of distribution networks and supply methods
- Understanding of management software
- Commercial training (Bac+2 to Bac+4/5)
- Valid driving license (Permis B)
