We are seeking a Director, Account Management to maintain primary responsibility for managing the customer relationship and profitability opportunities with key customers.
The successful candidate will provide strategic customer solutions and achieve mutual goals through leveraging cross-functional project teams, systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships and profitability opportunities with key customers
- Providing strategic customer solutions and achieving mutual goals
- Designing and executing tactical plans to enhance customer profitability
- Developing strong relationships between Mastercard and customers across all operational functions
- Implementing customer solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability
- Developing strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable customers to achieve their business goals
- Understanding customers' business strategies and delivering against sales targets for Mastercard products/services
- Leveraging Mastercard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value
- Managing administrative and operational issues for accounts, including planning and budget/expense management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive account management skills and sales experience
- Multi-disciplinary knowledge, including marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring and emerging technologies
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Leadership capabilities in building, leading and developing high-performance teams
- Proven ability to develop and implement quantifiable business plans
- Extensive industry knowledge and networking
- An entrepreneurial approach and vision
- Strong analytical skills from a product management/profitability perspective
- Outstanding communication skills in Turkish and English
- A Bachelor's degree or sales experience within a blue-chip organisation
