Description
We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Hannover. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will provide comprehensive advice to private customers through various digital channels, including telephone, video consultation, CoBrowsing, and email. You will be responsible for advising customers on topics such as accounts, service, personal loans, and precautionary products.
Your tasks:
- Provide demand-driven advice to private customers through digital media
- Take responsibility for a customer pool and develop customer relationships continuously
- Identify needs through standardised consulting processes and refer customers to specialist areas
- Convincingly conduct telephone appointment arrangements and high-quality advisory conversations
- Actively contribute to the team and promote the advisory performance of your colleagues
- Support RBC executives in the induction of new employees and assume representative tasks in daily control
Your skills and experiences:
- Banking and commercial training or comparable qualification
- Special expertise in digital consulting and sales of personal loans and precautionary products
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire private customer product range
- Professional use of digital media and secure and efficient use of the omnichannel-enabled workstation
- In-depth competence in personal loans, IDD-certified, and reliable fulfilment of regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Profound know-how in financing and precautionary areas and continuous development of your specialist, sales, process, and digitalisation knowledge
- Confident, routine, friendly, and competent appearance with pronounced sales skills and high customer orientation
