Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Director, CTO/CIO Healthcare West to join its team in the West region. The successful candidate will be Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers and make technology decisions on behalf of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and serve as a necessary role within the Healthcare GTM team in a customer-facing capacity
- Oversee all technology, technological resources, and establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans
- Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding industry trends and latest technologies
- Analyze and improve technology standards across the organization
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in technology improvement and development within healthcare
- 5 years of experience as a Healthcare Provider CISO/CTO
- BS or BA degree required
- Expertise supporting GTM teams within the healthcare provider community
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial acumen, successes leading complex contractual relationships, and excellent understanding of customer behavior
- Expertise delivering customer-centric tools adding value to the end-users while also anticipating internal operational needs
- Experience effectively leveraging LLMs and Generative AI tools to boost productivity and sales effectiveness
This role is remote-friendly based in the West region. The base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$320,000 USD.
