Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the Banca Dashboard, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Banca Dashboard, including data cleaning and uploading of pipeline files, staff structures, and KPIs
- Ensure financial accuracy with commission reconciliation and commission tracking
- Compile and update executive-level reports for the Operating Committee
- Manage tracking for customer offer campaigns and appointment gift records
- Prepare reports on incentive programs results, internal engagement reporting, and celebration party funds tracking
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of work experience in the life insurance industry
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Adherence to quality standards
- Good problem-solving skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong PC and Excel skills, including formulas, summarization, and data auditing
