Description
Manulife's Distribution Strategy team in Hong Kong drives strategy for Distribution Channels and supports end-to-end implementation to create value for Manulife Hong Kong.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop distribution strategies for Agency, Bancassurance, and Brokerage channels
- Analyze the market landscape, identify growth opportunities, and design initiatives to capture them while mitigating risks
- Deliver strategic projects, including solution design, deployment, and change management
- Prepare presentation materials for key stakeholders
- Coordinate with the Distribution team, gather input on improvement areas, and refine solution designs
Required Qualifications:
- Top-tier management consulting background preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience and expertise in the Hong Kong market
