Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Merton, Wimbledon, and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and be responsible for:
- Pre and post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs
- Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs
- Making recommendations based on survey findings
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
- Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £37,854 to £52,051 per annum for London and £34,869 to £47,945 per annum nationally, plus a range of benefits.
