Description
You will be an entrepreneurial leader in charge of developing, implementing, and tracking Red Bull's sales strategy in South Korea. Your goal will be to deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets for major national Off Premise Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Lead and manage the implementation of the brand's commercial strategy at key customers. Develop short- and mid-term customer strategies aligned with the overall national sales policy.
- Analysis and Planning: Analyze available data sources to derive customer's growth opportunities. Continuously plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to hit profitability targets.
- Execution & Tracking: Conduct yearly negotiation processes at key customers. Build strong partnerships with key customers, ensuring delivery on volume, sales, and market share targets.
- Collaboration: Research to understand customer needs better and respond with mutually beneficial programs. Develop effective partnerships for Red Bull to be regarded as a key supplier and engine for profitable growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and/or Field, ideally with an FMCG/beverage background.
- Experience in Category Management and/or eCommerce preferred.
- Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships, and strong commercial acumen.
- Strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies.
- Analytical skills with strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, major in Economics/Business Administration preferred.
- Fluency in Korean and English (verbal & written).
- Travel frequency: 10-20%.
