We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join our team on an on-demand basis. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues
- Operate a cash register, scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
- Adapt to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
Requirements:
- Enjoy interacting and helping others
- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role
- Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts
- Communicate effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests' needs
- Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
